O kursie:
Creativity drives the future. It is instrumental to all art, invention, innovation. Yet, most people have experienced a bias against creativity originating in expressions like “be practical”, “Find the right answer”, “Your job is not to ask why; your job is to get it done”, “There is a right way and wrong way…” Innovation harnesses creativity to find solutions or to produce value. – Design and implement a program of activities that will increase personal creativity
– Identify the elements of a context (a setting, environment, culture, sets of resources) that will stimulate creativity for those working in the environment.
– Construct questions/problems that invite creative, inventive answers/solutions.
– Formulate strategies for directing creativity to solve problems and add value (Innovate).
